ATA Freight, a global logistics service provider of personalised service and custom technology solutions, has received the 2015 John Deere Supplier Innovation Award for its new shipment management solution, MyWay.
The awards are presented to a select group of suppliers who have demonstrated innovation in a product or service they provide to John Deere. Award selections are based on four factors—creativity, feasibility, collaboration, and bottomline impact.
Mr Matt Goker, ATA Freight’s COO, said, "This award is a true testament to our commitment to innovation. Congratulations to all teams from design to implementation for all the hard work and dedication… I am confident we will continue creating industry-leading tools and products. This is our access to being amongst those who will lead the inevitable transformation of our industry."
MyWay was created because ATA Freight understands new technology is a must when it comes to providing a well-rounded logistics experience to the customer. Twenty years in the industry has given ATA Freight the experience to create result-driven service and solutions. Always in pursuit of perfection and achieving customer confidence, it is shaping the future of the logistics industry for the customer.
ATA Freight, with over 27 offices globally, launched its revolutionary product in September 2015. MyWay is powered by Vizio, a sister company of ATA Freight which specialises in software development solely for ATA Freight. Vizio developed this solution with the ultimate goal of providing a platform not just for the basic track and trace information and reporting, but also for a solution to aid in real time shipment information and milestones, as well as planning for future shipments, highlighted a release.
