In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No.15/2002 (NT) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No. DRI/AZU/INV-5/2010 dated 23.09.2010 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad in case of M/s. IDMC Ltd., Gujarat & others, to the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad for adjudication.
