In terms of Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07.03.2002 ( as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice F.No.DRI/MZU/D/INV-06/ ACE/2010-11 dated 21.02.2013 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai. Zonal Unit, Mumbai in the case of M/s Action Construction Equipment Ltd., Plot No. 17, Sector 11A, 19/3 Mathura Road, Near Milan Vatika, Faridabad-12006 Haryana and others to the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai 400001 for the purpose of adjudication.
