Notification No. 27/2003-Customs (N.T.) 

            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7^th March, 2002, namely: -

(a)                for Sl. No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“1.	The National Capital Territory of Delhi, and the NOIDA Special Economic Zone in the State of Uttar Pradesh	Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import and General), Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi.	Additional Commissioners, or Joint Commissioners, of Customs working under the control of the Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import) and General, Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi.	Deputy Commissioner, or Assistant Commissioners, of Customs working under the control of the Commissioners of Customs, Aircargo (Import) and General, Delhi, Aircargo (Export), Delhi (ICDs), Delhi.

Note:-  The principal notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7^th March, 2002 was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub-section (i), dated the 7^th March, 2002 under G.S.R.
