Notification No.1/2012-Clean Energy Cess

G.S.R (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84 of the Finance Act, 2010 (14 of 2010), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Clean Energy Cess Rules, 2010, namely :-

 (1) These rules may be called the Clean Energy Cess (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

 (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

 2. In the Clean Energy Cess Rules, 2010, in rule 6, in sub-rule (4), for the word, figures and letters “section 11AB”, the word, figures and letters “section 11AA” shall be substituted.
