Notification No. 64/2003 - Central Excise (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of Explanation 2 to the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Central Excise Act,1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government hereby specifies Sitapura Special Economic Zone at Jaipur, in the State of Rajasthan, as a “special economic zone”.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this notification, “Sitapura Special Economic Zone” means the Sitapura Special Economic Zone at Jaipur comprising of the places bearing the Khasra numbers in the villages of the State of Rajasthan and having area as specified below, namely:-
