We advise that the “UBS AG” has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 vide Notification DBR.IBD.No.7718/ 23.13.062/2015-16 dated January 12, 2016 and published in the Gazette of India (Part III Section 4) dated April 30, 2016 – May 6, 2016.
