Please refer to our circular
DCBR.CO.PCB.Cir.No.14/09.18.300/2015-16 dated April 13, 2016 announcing
the Scheme for providing financial assistance to urban co-operative banks
for implementation of Core Banking Solution (CBS).
2. As stated therein, a document
dealing with the functional and technical requirements for Core Banking
Solution in Urban Co-operative Banks has been prepared by the Institute for
Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) in consultation with
the Reserve Bank. The document can be accessed at the IDRBT website under
the link idrbt.ac.in/assets/publications/Reports/CBS_Requirements_for_UCBs.pdf
3. The document is expected to
serve as a reference material for implementing and improving CBS in the
banks.
