MUMBAI : Global trade enabler DP World operated Nhava Sheva (India) Gateway Terminal loaded the longest cargo to have been handled at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port. The cargo on board the ‘ER Amsterdam’, measured 26.79 m, and weighed 49.65 metric tonnes.
This cargo was one of the longest loads to call at JNPT which was handled safely and efficiently by NSIGT. The vessel was a part of the IMED service, which connects the Indian subcontinent to pivotal ports in the Egypt, Greece and Turkey amongst others.
