MV Artam calls KICT, sails with highest ever export loading of Rice
MV. Artam SPL1055 sailed from Kandla International Container Terminal (KICT) with highest ever export loading of Rice cargo weighing about 1316 TEUs on 10th July 2018.
MV. Artam called KICT under the IIX Service of IRISL Line - the National Line of Iran. The call included a total exchange of 1585 TEUs, having discharged 269 TEUs and sailed with 1316 TEUs. The Terminal completed the entire operation in less than a day.
The celebrations of the event were held on-board the vessel on the same day. The event was graced by the IRISL INDIA team, the Shippers Suppletek Industries Pvt Ltd, the CHA Shree Shipping and KICT Staff. On this occasion, Mr. Amardeep Singh Parmar, Terminal Head – KICT, thanked IRISL, Suppletek and Shree Shipping for their constant support as close business associates and to making it happen. In the month of June & July 2018, IRISL has already shipped more than 6000 TEUs of Rice cargo.
