Mr. Gopal Krishna, IAS, Secretary Shipping, Chief Guest at the CFSAI 14th Annual Day, while addressing the august gathering mentioned that to enhance the Direct Port Delivery further, the Government is trying to remould the cargo evacuation system with CFSs at its fulcrum. The CFS should take the burden of being the first repository of the boxes so that evacuation is achieved in 24 hrs. CFSAI hosted its 14th Annual Day event with a theme and panel discussions on “Export Import Logistics- A Paradigm Shift”.
The event hosted by CFSAI at Hotel Sahara Star was very well attended by senior dignitaries from the Ministry, CBIC, Customs and the doyens of the Logistics and Maritime Fraternity.
