ORDER

In terms of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 07/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.VIII (26)/06/LZU/2011/975 to 998 dated 08.07.2011 issued by Additional Director General, Directorate of  Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow in the case of M/s Alpine Samsung HCC JV, 2, Jain MandirMarg, Opp. Shivaji Stadium, Connaught Place, New Delhi, to the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudication.
