(E).- Whereas, in the matter
of ‘Castings for wind-operated electricity generators whether or not machined,
in raw, finished or sub-assembled form, or as a part of a subassembly, or as a
part of an equipment/ component meant for wind-operated electricity generators’
(hereinafter referred to as the subject goods) falling under tariff items 8483
40 00, 8503 00 10 or 8503 00 90 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff
Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), hereinafter referred to as the Customs Tariff Act,
originating in or exported from, People’s Republic of China (hereinafter
referred to as the subject country), and imported into India, the designated
authority in its final findings, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, vide notification No. 17/6/2013-DGAD, dated
the 27th November, 2015 has come to the conclusion that-
