Notification No. 92/ 2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, 26^th September, 2014

S.O.          (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, (Import), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i)      the Joint Commissioner or  Additional Commissioner of Customs  (Import), Air Cargo Complex,   Sahar, Andheri (E), Mumbai;

(ii)      the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Import  and  General Commissionerate, New Custom House,  New Delhi; 

(iii)     the Joint Commissioner or  Additional  Commissioner of Customs, (Airport  and  Air Cargo) Integrated Air Export Complex, Chennai;

(iv)  the Joint Commissioner or  Additional  Commissioner of Customs, C.R. Building, Queen’s Road, P.B.No.5400, Bangalore,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Bosch Limited, Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bangalore (Karnataka)-560030 and others issued vide DRI F.No.50D/57/2011-CI/1472 to 1477, dated the 12^th May, 2014 and corrigendum issued vide DRI F.No.50 D/57/2011-CI/2034 to 2039, dated the 8th July, 2014 issued by the Additional Director (CI), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
