Notification No. 54/2014-Customs (N.T.)

New Delhi, the 21^st July, 2014

S.O. ......(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21^st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India,vide number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994, namely:- 

        In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 16 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, in columns (3) and (4), after item (e) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall respectively be inserted, namely :-

2.        The notification shall be in force from 31.07.2014 to 30.05.2015.

Note:-   The principal notification No.61/94-Customs (N.T.) dated the 21^st  November,  1994 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 828(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994  and  last amended by  notification No.30/2014-Customs (N.T.) dated the 07^th  April, 2014, vide number S.O.1049(E), dated  the  07^th  April,  2014.
