Notification No. 15 /2013-Customs (N.T.)

Dated the 31st January, 2013

S.O.    (E).-     In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue number S.O. 828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 (No. 61/94 – (N.T.) Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994), namely:-

 2.         In the Table to the said notification, against serial No. 8, in column (3) against item (b) relating to Airport “Mangalore”, for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

                        (S.C.Ganger)

Note. The principal notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994 was published vide number S.O.  828 (E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and was last amended vide notification No. 58/2011-Customs (N.T.), dated the 19th August, 2011 and published vide number S.O. 1935(E), dated the 19th August, 2011.
