NOTIFICATION No. 15 /2013 - Customs

New Delhi, the 1 st March, 2013

G.S.R . (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments i n the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.27/2011 - Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R.153 (E),dated the 1st March, 2011,namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, - (i) a fter serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely : -

(ii) against serial number 12, in column (4), for the entry “10%” , the entry “Nil” shall be substituted ;

(iii) after serial number 24 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted , namely: -

(iv) against serial number 43, in column (4), the entry “ Nil” shall be inserted

Note. - The principal notification No. 27 /201 1 - Customs, dated the 1 st March, 2011 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (i) vide number G.S.R. 1 53 (E) , dated the 1 st March, 2011 and was last amended vide notification No - . 10/2012 - Customs dated the 17 th March, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub - section (i ) vide number G.S.R.183 (E) , dated the 17 th March, 2012 .
