ORDER

In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice DRI F.No.856(36)LDH/2005/Pt. V/831 dated 18.05.2007 issued in case of M/s Kripal Exports & others by the Additional Director General, Directorate of  Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi, to the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi for adjudication.
