Notification No. 55/2012 - Customs

New Delhi, the 18^th September, 2012

          G.S.R.. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act,1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17^th March,2012, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i),vide number G.S.R 185 (E), dated the 17^thMarch,2012, namely:-

 In the said notification, in the Table, against Sl. No. 141, in the entry under column (3),  for the words, letters and figures, “ for supply to household domestic consumers at subsidised prices under the public distribution system (PDS) Kerosene and Domestic LPG Subsidy Scheme, 2002, as notified by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, vide notification No.P-20029/18/2001-PP, dated the 28th January, 2003” the words “by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited or Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited for supply to household domestic consumers.” shall be substituted.
