In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated 7/03/2002 (as amended) issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby assigns the Show Cause Notice No.S/IV/17/2009-OS Factory (Imp) dated 25.5.2010 & S/IV/17/2009-OS Factory (Seizures) dated 25.5.2010 issued by the Additional Director General, DRI, Bangalore in the case of M/s Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd. & Others, to the Commissioner of Customs, ACC (Import & General), New Custom House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037 for adjudication.
