Notification No. 86/2010 – Customs

G.S.R.      (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2010- Customs dated 19^thFebruary, 2010 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 93(E), dated the 19^th February, 2010, namely :-

In the said notification –

(1)           in the Table,-

(i)      against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (6), the entry “Qingdao Double Star Tire Industrial Co. Ltd.” shall be substituted;

(ii)     against S. No. 1, for the entry in column (7), the entry “Qingdao Double Star Tire Industrial Co. Ltd.” shall be substituted.
