Notification No. 01/2010- Customs (N.T)

New Delhi, the 6th January2010.

    G.S.R.  (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1B) of section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 49/2005-Customs (N.T.) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R.410(E),dated the17^th June, 2005, namely :-

In the said notification, in the Table:-

(i)            against serial number 19,in column (2) for the word “Valsad”, the word “Vapi” shall be substituted ;

(ii)          against serial number 66, in columns (2) and (3), for the word, “Valsad”, the word “Vapi” shall be substituted.

Note:-    The principal notification No. 49/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th June,2005 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i) vide number G.S.R. 410(E) dated the 17th June,2005 and was subsequently amended by Notification No.63/2006- Customs (N.T.), dated the 9th June, 2006 vide number G.S.R. 356(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 9th June, 2006. It was subsequently amended by  Notification No.42/2008- Customs (N.T.), dated the 12^thMay,2008 vide number G.S.R371(E), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 12^th May,2008. It was subsequently amended by  Notification No.42/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 21^st April,2009 vide number G.S.R 272(E)        , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 21^st April 2009.  It was subsequently amended by  Notification No.53/2009- Customs (N.T.), dated the 19^th May,2009 vide number G.S.R344(E) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), dated the 19^th May 2009.
