ORDER

            In exercise of the powers conferred under the Notification No. 01/2003-Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd January, 2003 issued under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Board hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order dated 11.03.2010-

In the table, for the entries at column (2) and (3) at serial No. 7, the entries ‘M/s. Dell India Pvt. Ltd. & others’ and ‘ DRI/MZU/E/16/2008 dated 10.02.2010’ shall be substituted respectively.
