In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed, to act as, the Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Customs House, Mumbai, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s. Mitashi Edutainment Pvt. Ltd., 505-508, Bhaveshwar Arcade, LBS Marg, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai-400086 and Shri Rakesh Devendrakumar Dugar, Director, M/s Mitashi Edutainment Pvt. Limited., residing at 5, Khimji Bhavan, Khimji Lane, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai-400077 issued, vide, F.No. DRI/NS/INV-13/05-06 dated the 2nd May 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 16, Arthur Bunder Road, Hotel Waldorf Building, Colaba, Mumbai.
