Notification No.  91/2006-Customs (N.T.)

S.O.         (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Inland Container Depot), Tughlakabad, New Delhi, and authorises him to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,

(i)                  the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawahar Customs House (JNPT), Nhava Sheva, Post - Uran, District - Raigad, Maharashtra and

(ii)                the Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. Vacations Travels & Tours (P) Ltd, B-2, Taj Apartments, 2 Factory Road, Ring Road, (Adjoining Safdarjung Hospital), New Delhi - 110029 and others issued, vide, DRI. F.No: 50D/119/2005-CI/1133-1145, dated the 31^st May, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, 7^th Floor, Drum Shape Building, I.P. Estate, I.P. Bhawan, New Delhi -110002.
