Notification No. 54/2006 (N.T.) - CUSTOMS

S.O. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs(Import), Nhava Sheva to act as Commissioner of Customs(Import), Air Cargo, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Microtrack Business Systems Pvt Ltd, 1, Rawdon Street, Shubham, Room No.505, 5^th floor, Kolkata and Others, issued vide F.No.DRI /23/13/2005/DZU, dated the 28^th June, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit: B-4, 6^th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi.
