Notification No. 48 /2006-Customs (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(N.T.), dated the 21^stNovember, 1994, S.O. 830(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994,  namely:-

In the table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 4, in columns (3) and (4), after item (2) and the entries relating thereto in column (4),  the following shall be inserted, namely:-

Note:   The principal notification No. 63/94-Cus (N.T.) was published vide number S.O. 830(E), dated the 21^st November, 1994 and last amended vide notification No. 97/2005-Cus (N.T.) dated the 27^th October 2005, S.O. 1543(E), dated the 27^th October 2005.
