CORRIGENDUM

In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 99/2005-CUSTOMS(N.T), dated the 7^th November, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,Sub-section (i), dated  the 7^th November,2005 with G.S.R 653(E), at  pages 1 to 2-

  at page 2, in English version,-

 (i) in  line 14 ,  after  the word and letter “ Form A ;” add   “ shall be substituted ;”

        (ii) in line 26 , after the words “such change ;” add  “ shall be substituted ”.
