Notification No. 92/2004-Customs (N.T.)

         In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs  hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21stNovember, 1994,  namely:-

            In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 10 relating to State of  Madhya Pradesh, the entry in column (3) shall be lettered as (a)  and after entry (a) as so lettered and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following entries shall, respectively, be inserted in columns (3) and (4), namely :-

“(b )  Khajuraho 

Unloading of baggage brought in tourist  chartered flights and the loading of baggage in tourist chartered flights.”.
