Notification No. 41/2004 - Custom (N.T)

            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central  Board of  Excise  and  Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports),Air  Cargo Complex, Mumbai, to act as Commissioner of Customs , Airport and Air Cargo Complex , Chennai  and Commissioner of Customs (Import and General),New Custom House ,  Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice  pertaining to M/s. Manjri Stud Farm Pvt. Limited, S.P.Centre 11, Minoo Masani Marg, Collaba, Mumbai issued vide file No. DRI/BZU/E/9/2003, dated the 23^rd January,2004 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, Mumbai .
