Notification No.113/2004-Customs(N.T.)

              In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the  Governmentof India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of Revenue) No.27/92-Customs (N.T.), dated the 27th March, 1992, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide No. G.S.R. 369(E), dated the 27th March, 1992, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below as officer of customs of the rank specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely :-
