Notification No. 117/2003 - Customs (N.T.) 

            In exercise of the powers conferred by  section 76A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),  the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.

1.        The principal notification No.44/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 562 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No.106 /2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th  November, 2003 [G.S.R.912 (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].

3.      The principal notification No.46/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 564 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No.106/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th November, 2003 [ G.S.R.912 (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].

4.      The principal notification No.  47/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 565 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No. 106/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th November, 2003 [G.S.R. 912 (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].

5.      The principal notification No.48/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 566 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No106 /2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th November, 2003 [G.S.R.912 (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].

6.       The principal notification No.  49/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 22^nd July, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 567 (E), dated the 22^nd July, 2003 and was last amended by notification No. 106/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th November, 2003 [G.S.R.912 (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].

9.        The principal notification No.60/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 1^st August, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 626 (E), dated the 1^st August, 2003 and was last amended by notification No. 106 /2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th   November, 2003 [G.S.R. 912(E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].  

10.        The principal notification No.  61/2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 1^st August, 2003, was Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R 627 (E), dated the 1^st August, 2003 and was last amended by notification No. 106 /2003-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 29^th  November, 2003 [G.S.R 912   (E), dated the 29^th November, 2003].
