            In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar –II to be the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar –I for the purpose of adjudication of Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Archean Granites Ltd., Chennai for violation of provision of the Export and Import Policy issued vide No. VIII(6)/4/CUS/BBSR-I/99.28970-A and 28972-A dated the 24^th December, 1999 by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar-I.
