Notification No. 46/2000-Customs

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it in necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finace (Department of Revenue), No. 16/2000-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2000, namely:-

In the said notification,

(a) in the TABLE,-

(i) for S.No. "94" and the entries relating therto, the following serial No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely,-

(h) Wood polish materials.

(i) Ply films used for shrink - wrapping and cling wrapping of art wares:.

(ii) for S.No. "344" and the entries relating thereto, the following serial No. and the entries shall be substituted, namely,-

(B) In ANNEXURE,-
(i) against condition No. 10, in sub-conditions
