This notification further amends notification 100/89

Notification No.135 /2000-Customs

                In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No. 100/89-Customs dated 1^st March, 1989 [ G. S. R 315(E) dated 1^st March, 1989],  namely:-

In the said notification,-

1. in the Table, the Sl. No. 12A and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted;
2. The Explanation shall be omitted .
