This notification amends Notification No 62/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994

Notification N0. 01/2000-Customs(N.T.)

            In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-Customs(NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :-

        In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, against item (7) occurring in column (3) relating to Revdanda, in column (4), for item number (b) and the entries relating thereto, the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely :-

            " (b) Loading of following goods for export, namely :-

                        (i)    Sponge Iron

                        (ii)    Rejects of Iron ore Chips."
