S.O.          (E). ? In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export) Inland Container Depot, Tughalakabad, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i)  the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs (Export) Inland Container Depot, Tughalakabad, New Delhi;

(ii)  the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs, Export  Commissionerate, New Custom House, Near I G I Airport, New Delhi,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to  M/s Candex Chemicals Fibre Company Pvt. Ltd., Plot No.62, EPIP, Phase-I, Jharmajri, Teh. Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh and others issued vide, DRI F.No. 50D/70/2013-CI/1079-1092, dated the 1^st April, 2014 read with corrigendum DRI F.No.50D/70/2013-CI, the dated 13^th January, 2015 and DRI F.No. 50D/70/2013-CI/2751 to 2764, dated  the 27^th July, 2015 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (Hqrs,),  New Delhi.
