Notification No.34/2007-Customs (N.T.) dated the 26th April 2007 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Chennai, to act as common adjudicating authority in respect of the matters specified in the corresponding entries in columns (2) and (3) of the Table below for the purpose of adjudication and investigation of such matters, namely :- Table Sl.
