(E): - In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 18 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No 21/2004-CE (N.T) dated 006.09.2004, published in the Gazette of India, extraordinary, part ll, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide GSR 572 (E), dated the 6th September, 2014, namely:-
