G.S.R ( E ) .–In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (2) of rule 3 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of t he Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue)number 14/2002- Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 8thMarch, 2002, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part - II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), videnumber G.S.R. 182(E), date d the8thMarch, 2002, namely:-

In the said notification, in Table III, for serial number 42 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
