Notification No. 15/2012--Central Excise (N.T.)

 G.S.R. (E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 2 nd August, 2007,namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in sub-paragraph (i), for the word, figures and letters, “section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters, “section 11AA” shall be substituted.
