Notification No.18 / 2005-Central Excise

G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 4/2005-Central Excise, dated the 1st March, 2005, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, for S.No. 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

“10.	2711 12 00, 2711 13 00, 2711 19 00	Liquefied Propane and Butane mixture, Liquefied Propane, Liquefied Butane and Liquefied Petroleum Gases (LPG) for supply to household domestic consumers at subsidized prices underthe public distribution system (PDS) Kerosene and Domestic LPG Subsidy Scheme, 2002 as notified by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide notification No. P-20029/18/2001-PP. dated 28^th January, 2003	Nil	- ”.
