G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the section 83 of the Finance Act, 2010 (14 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1^st day of July, 2010, as the date on which the provisions of Chapter VII of the said Act shall come into force.
