Notification No. 30/2002-Central Excise (N.T).

In exercise of powers conferred by rule 9 read with rule 33 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 35/2001-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 26^th June, 2001, namely: -

In the said notification,-

(1)              in clause (1) of paragraph 1, for the words “jurisdictional Superintendent of Central Excise”, the words “jurisdictional Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Central Excise” shall be substituted;

(2)              for Annexure-I, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
