New Delhi, the 14^th May, 2016

G.S. R. (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 83 and 84 of the Finance Act, 2010 (14 of 2010), the Central Government hereby directs that any reference to ‘Clean Energy Cess’, in the rules, notifications, instructions, decisions, or orders, made or issued under the said sections, shall, be construed as references to ‘Clean Environment Cess’
